It’s hard to believe how the time has passed since my oldest was just a baby. I imagine many of you have experienced the same thing. The economy has clearly begun to impact Montessori schools throughout the country. We at Go Montessori have worked with hundreds of schools over the past (nearly) nine years, and in no single year have we seen more schools struggling, or even closing, than this year. At the same time, public disappointment in our standardized education system seems to be at an all time high. While education is always noted at the top of the most important items to a parent, the cost is also typically the priciest item outside of a mortgage. Parents are forced to make tough decisions about their household budget. Why market your school in the fall?
