Why should I choose Go Montessori?
Go Montessori is a full-service marketing and advertising agency like many others. The difference is that we KNOW Montessori. When you hire Go Montessori, you don’t need to take the time to explain the difference between Montessori vs. Public, you don’t need to say “Pink Tower” three times before we understand what you’re saying, and you don’t need to tell us the key words used to describe a Montessori school. When you hire Go Montessori, you get a big head start on the process and get to the productive marketing tasks far sooner than you would with a traditional firm, who is going to have a hard time seeing you as anything other than just another private school. We know there are big differences, we believe in those differences, and we want to help fill your enrollment! Not only do we know Montessori, but we are very affordable and many schools have told us that our costs are one-third of the prices that they have paid in the past for similar services.

Where are you located?
Go Montessori has staff on both the East and West coast of the United States and maintains business hours between 8:00 A.M. EDT to 8:00 P.M. EDT.
How do you work with schools that may be located far from your offices?
Go Montessori has worked with Montessori schools in nearly all 50 states, and more than a dozen countries, including Austrailia, New Zealand, India, Rwanda, the United Kingdom, Italy, China and many more. We do all of our research and work with our clients over the telephone, email and Internet.
Do you work with International Schools outside of the United States?
Yes! But honestly, if budget is a concern, then there are some marketing tasks that we can manage very well for International Schools, and others that probably make more sense to get done locally. Send us a message today and we’ll give you the details!
What is the difference between “Semi-Custom” and “Custom” websites?
In the most simplest of terms, our “Semi-Custom” websites are templates that we’ve designed, that you choose from. Once you make a choice, we then customize the design with your logo, school color scheme, and of course all of your content, photos, documents, etc. A “Custom” website is a website that we design from scratch to best match the character of your school and community, while maintaining consistency with any previous marketing and branding that your school already has in place.
How am I billed/ how do I pay?
We invoice our website clients on a monthly basis. All marketing and advertising jobs are billed 50% in advance with the remainder due at the end of the project. We are happy to accept your checks, money orders, and Visa or Mastercard.
How long does it take to get changes made to my website?
If Go Montessori manages your website, and you have made a request for a change during business hours, we typically have the work done within just a few hours, and always within one business day. The only exception might be a larger or more complicated request that would require new programming or graphic design work.
Do you provide stock photography?
The short answer is that we can, and do quite often. However, it’s far better to use your own if you have anything available. It’s OK to use stock photography in a limited fashion, and especially photography that is close-up photos of children. But when it comes to having the classroom, playground or other parts of the facility either featured or in the background of the photo, then it’s important to use your own photos so as to not be misleading to parents who are researching schools in their respective areas.
When is the best time for marketing?
Good question! The theoretical answer is the same for everyone…you should be in a constant state of marketing – even if you have a full wait list. But in reality, for schools with a small budget, there are times throughout the year that will make more sense to spend your money. Because there are so many factors, we hope you will call or email today so we can better understand your school, your community, and your specific needs in order to put together the most effective plan possible.
Is my website safe/fast/back-up on your server?
Yes, yes, and yes! For all of you non-techies: we use the latest software and hardware to keep your website safe, and to serve it up on the Internet, while making back-up copies every night.
And for all of you techies…
Go Montessori houses our managed websites on our Inter server with a single socket, dual core, 8 GB of ECC RAM, 2 x 1TB GB 7.2k RPM SATA drives, and hardware RAID 1 (1TB Logical). We have 5 megabits of bandwidth on a dedicated gigabit Ethernet full duplex connection with 2,000 Mbps burstability. Our managed Internet connection includes six 1 Gb/s Internet connections over six local loops and three different backbone providers. Our server goes through automatic checks and system reports every 5 minutes and sends auto-alerts if there is an issue that need addressing, and a nightly back-up is generated every day.
If I want a postcard/brochure/logo/etc., do I need to pick one from the designs on your website?
Absolutely NOT! The designs that we have on our website are only there to show you our past work, our design capabilities and maybe to spark some brainstorming when it is time to start your project! Your design will be custom to your school and your specific needs!
